Radiant Leadership is an experience organization dedicated to fostering authentic leadership and personal growth. Our events thoughtfully blend leadership wisdom, self-reflection, breath work, sound healing, community, and integrative arts—creating a unique space for transformational development.
Our inaugural event, "On Trust," marks the beginning of many more to come, focusing on what’s most needed across culture, societal, and emerging leadership trends. What sets Radiant Leadership apart is this holistic approach, which goes beyond traditional leadership training to integrate inner work and embodied practices. By engaging deeply with ourselves through these practices, participants cultivate genuine self-awareness and trust, enabling them to lead with authenticity and compassion.
At Radiant Leadership, we believe that true transformation starts from within, and our purpose is to empower individuals to radiate their full potential, inspiring positive change both personally and collectively.

Lunch is scheduled 12 - 12:45 PM. Although we encourage you to reserve this time for replenishing and nourishing, if you need to step out, this would be the best time to do so. There will also be two short breaks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
-
The venue has some outdoor space and, although we will encourage breaks and lunch in the fresh air, most of our day will be inside.

We encourage a 'smart casual' approach. While there's no strict dress code, we recommend attire that is both comfortable and professional. The retreat will involve indoor activities (both seated and standing) as well as optional outdoor moments. Please consider bringing layers and comfortable shoes suitable for grass should you desire to explore those parts of the property. Above all, wear what makes you feel confident and ready to engage in leadership discussions and activities.
